Visiting with the beautiful Rothschild Giraffes!

The Giraffes love Grandpa!
Or is it his food?
Daisy is keen on those pellets.
The warthogs live in the dust.
They feed with their front knees bent!

We go on a bushwalk looking for Jock.
He is the dominant male of all these Rothschilds!

Nairobi National Park!

Wow!
We visited Nairobi National Park!
We hoped to see lions, but they had gone to bed.
Some animals shepherded us in.
Others just got in our way!
All in all we had a great day.

Our Journey to Africa!

We started on our journey in Wagga Wagga, where we caught our favourite train to Sydney.

While in Sydney, Caleb took Mum and Mamma to playgroup. Cal enjoyed the chocy. cake birthday morning tea.

Deb, Mamma, Ben and mum went swimming with Cal.

In Johannesburg we visited the Apartied Museum.

That era in South Africa’s history really does belong only in a museum!
